Blue Leaf Claims, Inc. is a national Third Party Claim Administrator (TPA). Utilizing cutting-edge technology, combined with experienced resources strategically located throughout the United States, we provide professional claim handling services for insurance companies, reinsurers, program administrators, managing general agencies, captives, risk retention groups, pools and self-insured entities.

Blue Leaf Alliance, Inc. is a partnership, developed by Michael Murdock, founder and CEO of Blue Leaf Claims, Inc., and Kirk Davis, a 23 year veteran of the Frontier Adjusters organization. Both are industry veteran adjusters and claim managers, who understand the adjustment process and utilization of cutting-edge technology to effectively control the field adjustment claims.

Blue Leaf Alliance, Inc. was formed for the purpose of providing specific support and field adjusting services for Blue Leaf Claims, Inc. The Alliance functions as a 24/7, nationwide claim services web portal for the assignment, distribution, reporting and viewing of field adjuster and appraisal assignments, serving as a quality control gatekeeper. Blue Leaf Alliance has expanded the field adjusting capability of Blue Leaf Claims, Inc. nationwide. Blue Leaf Claims is now able to handle most general adjusting and investigative field services for its clients, complementing its existing claim administration services. These services can be unbundled, paid as an allocated loss adjustment expense, or bundled within our claim administration services.

The Alliance includes a broad network of independent adjusters and is additionally supported by an alliance with Frontier Adjusters®, a national franchised adjusting firm with over 750 service locations.

Our unique approach toward claim administration is cost-effective and more efficient than other claim administrators. We utilize an entirely paperless web-based claim management system with integrated image scanning capability, remotely located staff to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency, web-based video conference facilities to integrate staff, management and client communications, voice over IP telephone systems, and additional Internet communication solutions.

We specialize in property & casualty claim services including general liability, automobile & trucking, property, inland marine, cargo, professional liability, management liability, public entity and workers compensation exposures.

Our experience includes managing "run-off" claims for carriers and reinsurers.
