Blue Leaf Claims, Inc. strives to be the first truly "green" company in our industry. + Employees work from home, saving on gasoline consumption and reducing auto emissions.
+ The majority of our employees do not have printers for business use as all paper mail and correspondence is delivered to a central administrative office and imaged into our claim system. All paper is then shredded and sent to a local paper recycling facility.
+ All outgoing mail is printed and mailed from the same central administrative office.
+ Recorded statements are taken on-line, digitally captured and stored in a web-based program, eliminating the need to create and store tape recordings.
+ Service providers and partners are encouraged to either e-mail all documents to us or send them directly to our company’s claims management system.
+ Vendors used by the company will be evaluated based in part on their own environmental-friendly practices and willingness to embrace our business approach.
