not have printers for business use as all paper mail and
correspondence is delivered to a central administrative office
and imaged into our claim system. All paper is then shredded and
sent to a local paper recycling facility. |

on-line, digitally captured and stored in a web-based program,
eliminating the need to create and store tape recordings. |
